  I just recently moved to the area and I dropped off a script at this pharmacy. The indian woman working there treated me like a criminal and insulted me and my family every chance she got. Unbelievable how unpleasant she is. She should be fired for being so unprofessional.

  I just moved to the North Kensington area and happen to pass by this CVS on the way home from the gym, so I thought I would switch over going here from the one off Old Georgetown out of convenience. The entire store is dirty every time I go in there. The cashier at the front made rude comments about the lady that was in front of me to me (I don't appreciate people insulting others, especially to other customers!) and the Pharmacy is run by incompetents. They didn't fill a script correctly and when I called to ask them about researching my original script, all the guy told me was "bring it in and we'll take a look" in a nasty tone and CLICK! hung up on me!!!!! Are you kidding me!? What kind of customer service is that, especially when you filled a prescription incorrectly?! I just called my dr and got them to rewrite it and filled it at the CVS on Old Georgetown in the Wildwood Shopping Center. It's a little out of the way for me, but well worth it to be respected and spoken to like I should be as a customer! DON'T GO HERE!
